General provisions
These terms govern the provision of electronic services by Lemur — Maciej Mikołowski, Tax ID (NIP): 5842635150, based in Gdańsk, Poland. Using our services means accepting these terms.
Scope of services
We provide design and implementation services for websites, web applications and CMS systems. The detailed scope of each project is determined individually during the brief and quote phase.
Orders and pricing
Project quotes are prepared based on the brief and become binding once accepted by both parties. Changes in scope during implementation may affect the final price and timeline.
Delivery and timelines
Delivery timelines are agreed before work begins. Meeting deadlines requires Client cooperation — particularly providing materials and feedback within agreed timeframes.
Payments
Payment is made based on a VAT invoice. We typically require an advance before starting work and final payment upon deployment. Details are agreed individually.
Copyright
Upon full payment for the project, copyright to the completed work transfers to the Client, except for open source libraries or reusable components.
Complaints
Complaints regarding completed services should be sent to kontakt@asklemur.com within 14 days of discovering an issue. We respond to complaints within 14 business days.
Final provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the service provider's registered office.
