What we collect
Contact form and account data: name, email, optional phone, project details, messages, and technical logs needed for security (e.g. IP for rate limiting). Analytics runs only with consent (Google Analytics).
Purpose and legal basis
We process data to reply to enquiries, run the client panel, deliver projects, and secure the service (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Marketing is not performed without a separate consent.
Retention
Contact messages and project correspondence are kept for the duration needed to handle the enquiry/project and for legitimate archival/legal reasons, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish DPA (UODO).
